Thenthere should be a nut on top of the upper spacer retainer. Loosen the nut and spin the rebound adjuster off. Theni decided to check the oil level before i added more. To my surprise, it was already at 110mm! I set the tool at 120 and sucked out the extra 10mm worth of oil, then reinstalled the spring and spacer and reassembled. I thought it was strange that the whole fork only took ~330mL of oil.
