I have a 32" monitor set to 3840x2160 with the CK3 in-game settings at 170% scaling and I have no issues. (At 100% scaling, many portions of the map like icons, numerals, etc. were illegible.) In Civ6, I had it at 3840x2160 and 200%, since CIV6's next lowest scale was 150%. CK3 Tip on hovering traits disappearing. I was having problems with little windows to the left of the decisions disappearing before I could hover over them and read the trait. Just wait a couple seconds, the window will darken from the bottom up, then the border will become more solid. I was being too Impatient for the little window to load! 5
I have a GTX970 which is already showing its age, yet it handles the game on max settings at 1080p very well. Locked at 74FPS with the v-sync and there's never a single frame drop. The thing is, after a couple minutes playing, it will reach 90ºC. Dialing video settings back to low-mid only throws it down to around 78º.
